Opens a practice cluster on your laptop. Each node is a Docker container.
When to use it
To practise safely. Runs on your own machine, not in the practice terminal.
Example
$ kind create cluster --name dev --config kind-dev.yamlOpen the food court dev with 3 stalls. kubectl now points at kind-dev.
