Starts a new Codespace: a computer in the cloud for a repo.
When to use it
When you need a terminal and can't use your own computer.
Example
$ gh codespace create --repo aina-codes/diaryMake a Codespace for the diary repo. Uses your monthly allowance.
$ gh codespace code --webOpen a Codespace in your browser.
$ gh codespace stopStop a Codespace when you are done.
